The yoga George teaches is slow and mindful with a focus on compassion for oneself. George Lane Gilbert Yoga offers private 121 sessions at the Hub, using chair or mat. This is soothing, meditative & mindful movement then a short series of more restful postures where you settle in to your most nurturing space, supported with your cushions, blankets etc. A guided relaxation follows to further a resting state.
