Experience and Skills

Jessica has 14 years of experience working with individuals experiencing psychological difficulties, including those struggling with substance misuse and bereaved older adults. For 11 of those years, she has worked at the NHS, supporting people with severe mental health issues and working in an NHS talking therapies service to help those dealing with anxiety and depression.

She is a qualified BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, providing treatment recommended by NICE Guidelines for conditions such as Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Phobias, Social Anxiety, Health Anxiety, Depression, Panic, and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).

Currently, Jessica works part-time in the NHS, offering psychological support to NHS staff across various professions. Her areas of specialisation include OCD, Generalised Anxiety (or worry), Social Anxiety, Panic, PTSD, Phobias, ADHD (executive functioning in adults), and work-related stress and burnout. She offers a structured, yet person-centred approach tailored to individual needs.
