Experience and Skills
Jo is a holistic massage therapist and is particularly interested in the calming, restorative benefits of massage. She has a background of supporting people with learning and physical disabilities, mental health challenges and other life-limiting or chronic conditions. She has undertaken specialist training to use massage with people living with dementia and those affected by cancer.
Jo is a CNHC registered practitioner and a professional member of MTI
